Tracy Jo Barnwell recieved an MA from the Writing Seminars at Johns Hopkins in 1998 and a PhD in creative writing from the University of Houston in 2005. Her work has recently appeared in Pleiades, Gettysburg Review, and Quarterly West. She teaches at the University of Houston.  [2007]
